Our story

Woodson Remodeling was founded by Spencer Braun. Since 2019, Spencer has owned and managed investment properties across Boston — hiring contractors, scheduling updates, and overseeing renovations firsthand. The tradesmen were often skilled. The process around them rarely was: unanswered calls, slow callbacks, and a constant feeling of being out of the loop on his own projects.

Spencer founded Woodson Remodeling to fix that gap. Our sole goal is to create a communicative, professional customer experience — from the first call to the final walk-through.
